Block Yeah! Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of Block Yeah! and related services provided by ROOT GAMES. By using the game, you agree to these Terms and the applicable terms of the app marketplace.

Conditions of Use

Children under 13 may not use the service, and minors require the consent of a legal guardian. Cheating, automation, app modification, unauthorized access, and abuse of payment or advertising systems are prohibited.

Virtual Currency and Purchases

Coins are virtual currency that may be used only within the game, have no cash value, and may not be transferred. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS. Purchases and refunds are subject to applicable law and the policies of the store used for the purchase. The remove-ads product removes banner and interstitial ads; rewarded ads selected by the user remain available.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

The game may use Google AdMob advertising, Google Play payments on Android and Apple App Store payments on iOS. Ads, purchases, or restoration may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions or circumstances affecting a provider.

Service Changes and Liability

ROOT GAMES may make reasonable changes to game balance, rewards, content, and features. The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by applicable law, and liability for indirect damages caused by device failure, communication failure, or third-party service failure is limited.

Governing Law and Contact
